say the hot air balloons and got very excited. PJ was thrilled as we got to take a hay rack ride to the entrance! (of course we were pulled by a John Deere tractor)They blew up a hot air balloon part way and the kids were allowed to run inside and play.

We had to pick a few apples! We unfortunately could not find our favorite Honey crisp.

I guess the red and white one was the leader because as soon as he began to lift off all the other balloons then started to inflate and lift.
There were a ton of balloons!
Seriously there were like 20, it was a great variety to watch.
They made the sky just beautiful! They fly for awhile and then they return and do a balloon glow after dusk but we have not stayed for one of those yet. The kids do not know what they are missing. I think the little ones would loose it by 9:30 when they would get around to glowing. As we drove home we saw most of the balloons landing and they were on both sides of the road for awhile so the kids were most impressed!
