Clean :~)

I finally attacked my kitchen cupboards! Wiped them done and then put a little murphys oil on them and look at them shine! Let me tell you I destroyed many a dust bunny home atop those cupboards! It has been one of those projects that needed to be done and now it is! I wonder if it will be 2 1/2 years before I do them again??? hard to believe we have been in the house that long already.

Since I was cleaning I figured I should scrub the floor as well.

Not very often in this house is the laundry basket empty! All laundry clean, folded, IRONED, and put away!
Not sure where the energy came from but hey it was a productive weekend for the mommy!
I was reminded once or twice, "this is not a very fun kid weekend!" My apologies little ones but sometimes mommies have to do mommy things.

Bath fun

Pete was away for the night and the children had a bubble bath. It is always a treat for them! Some silly soapy pictures to make you smile.
She is so mischievous!

He is such a boy!

Alittle too much soap, oops!

Teeth

Tooth pulling via dental floss! This thing is hanging by a very tiny, itty, bitty snagle!

Floss failed, to painful, will have to wait another day!

School day success!! Let the goofy smiles and funny talking begin. I am sure the second one will be gone before Christmas!

a whole new level

So the baby has hit yet another milestone! She is anticipating pulling up on the exersaucer, who says one must sit in it to enjoy it.

Look mom I am up on my knees!

and we are up on feet, standing folks!! The momma is sooo not ready for this!

Obviously by this shot she is very proud of herself!! That is our BRIE!

Family time

We were bonding as a family this past weekend, family movie night is always a huge hit! Ramona and Beezas was the chosen movie. I think my second child is Ramona!

Brie even got into the movie night and hung out with us until after 9pm!

At one point the girls were very giggly and laughing and carrying on. I said what is up? They said "we're mailing PJ"!hehehe.

Theater

We went to "Go Dog, GO!", a play done by our local theater on Saturday night. It was PJ's first experience and he seemed to enjoy it. I thought it would be a good trial as it was about dogs, a love of his and it was to be fairly short. The girls loved it! PJ started a bit rough as he got completely stuck in the chair, screaming mind you at the top of his lungs as the show was about to start and we had all become quiet. Yes it was my kid! mommy of the night right there buddy. After he got over the trauma of it all he did well . Brie was also in attendance and she too seemed to enjoy the lights and action, however the poor little thing had been sick and after 30 minutes was just done.
PJ got this nifty little (rather large actually) toy for his birthday and has a blast playing digger! He loves filling the bucket and emptying it. Poor little Brie seems to be under the load more times than not though. Good thing she is a tough little cookie.

Brie 9 months

I cannot believe it is the 3rd of the month already! Where does the time go? My little ones are another month older! So much has changed in the last month for her in the last month. She is definately become a mover and shaker! A bit more demanding as well, because she is at your heels trying hard to get her point across! Still only 2 teeth btu I do not think it will be long before more appear. We are on all formula, still a little bittersweet for mommy but we are dealing. It is easier having others help feed her. She would much prefer all table food and water cups rather than bottles of formula! Brie has started with a couple new sounds in the past couple days, g's and n's.
PJ and Brie have had ear infections the last 2 weeks. The medicines have raised havoc on their bums, but we are all mending from those wounds and hopefully the ears are better as well. PJ still loves his baby Brie and is always willing to help any way he can with her. Now that she eats dinner with us at the table he is quick to offer anything he has to her!
We are all recovering from the Halloween excitement and enjoy one treat every night after dinner.
At any rate it is bedtime and prayers need to be said, so for now good night and more details as they happen. Thanks for reading.
